Q. What is the Firm’s goal if it represents me?

KALIS, KLEIMAN & WOLFE wants to establish trust with their clients. We pride ourselves on not just being lawyers, but being lawyers and counselors. We want satisfied clients who are so pleased with our services that they would have no hesitation recommending us to your family, friends, colleagues, business partners, etc”¦.should they require a commercial, real estate or litigation attorney.

Q. Who will be working on my case?

You will be assigned an attorney and a paralegal who will work your case. They will advise, counsel and work diligently to get you results or verdict on your case or issue. Your attorney will oversee the legal aspects, who will assist him in researching, gathering the facts, evidence, and information necessary to support your case or issue.

Q. Who do I contact if I have a question about my case?

Neal, Scott, Tami or their legal staff will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. These questions can be communicated to our office by telephone, by letter, or by scheduling an appointment. We strive to respond to all inquires in a timely manner.

Q. When is my attorney’s office open?

Our receptionist is available to take phone calls from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. If your attorney or paralegal is not available when you call, please leave a message and a number where you can be reached and your call will be returned within 48 hours, unless otherwise told. For office visits, your are strongly encouraged to schedule an appointment.
