Tami Wolfe is an experienced trial attorney and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator who has practiced law in Florida for 32 years. Prior to her arrival at KALIS & KLEIMAN she was the Senior Litigating Attorney and Managing Partner of a litigation law firm. She joined KALIS, KLEIMAN & WOLFE as a partner in 2015.
Ms. Wolfe concentrates in the litigation and trial of significant negligence cases involving Automobile Accidents, Slip/Trip and Falls, Negligent Security, Wrongful Death, Catastrophic Brain or Spinal Cord injuries, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Liability and Qui Tam (Whistleblower) Cases under the False Claims Act and Mass Tort Cases including Defective Drugs and Defective Medical Devices. When first entering private practice, Ms. Wolfe worked for a prominent defense firm trying cases for major insurance companies. Now, she represents injured individuals seeking justice because of an accident or injury caused by a third party.
Ms. Wolfe also assists clients in handling matters that involve drafting of wills, living wills, trusts, durable power of attorney and health care surrogates.
In addition, Ms. Wolfe also mediates personal injury and medical malpractice matters.
Growing up in Florida, Ms. Wolfe obtained her A.A. in Theatre, B.A. in Psychology and earned her Law Degree from Nova University.
Ms. Wolfe is admitted to practice in all County and Circuit Courts in the State of Florida as well as the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She is also a Licensed Private Investigator. She is a member of The Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Broward County Trial Lawyers. She is the Immediate Past President of the Davie-Cooper City Rotary.
