Nataly Rodriguez intrinsically understands the importance of every single family having a quality estate plan in place and prides herself on providing exceptional estate planning and probate services.
At eighteen, Nataly lost her biological father. Then, while preparing for the Florida Bar Exam, she lost her stepfather that helped raise her. Neither father had an estate plan or even a simple will in place. Nataly saw her family become subject to the confusion that comes after the passing of a beloved family member, twice. She realized that her mission going forward was to use her legal degree to ensure that all families, no matter their income level or accumulated assets, would not go through the confusion her family experienced.
Nataly was born and raised in Miami, FL and is a proud South Floridian. After attending a local Catholic high school in Broward County, she went on to receive her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Three years later, she graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Florida. While in law school, Nataly focused her studies on estate planning. After obtaining her Florida Bar license, Nataly gained experience in a broad range of both transactional and litigation practice areas including estate planning, construction defect claims, first party property claims, and premises liability claims.
Nataly is an active member of the Florida Bar, Broward Bar Association, Davie-Cooper City Chamber of Commerce and is even a Co-Chair for the Women in Business Committee of the Davie-Cooper City Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, Nataly enjoys staying active, gardening, and traveling. However, most of all she loves spending quality time with her husband, Great Dane, and two cats.
